Based on Swedish nationwide registers, a cohort study was performed. The safety analysis focused on Swedish nationals born between 2003 and 2009 (aged 14-20 years), including individuals who had received at least one dose of a monovalent mRNA vaccine (N = 645355), along with an unvaccinated control group (N = 186918).
